I am Ben Boddy, a fitness instructor and online gym coach with the aim to help as many people as possible achieve their fitness goals. I know well myself that intending to become fit, and actually doing it are two different things, and staying motivated and positive when improvement feels slow is difficult. That's where I come in. As a personal trainer in Milton Keynes, I can also provide in-person fitness coaching, giving you motivation and encouragement, as you strive towards your fitness goals.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My approach to helping your fitness

Every person is different. You might be super fit and active already, and just needing that extra impetus to achieve your goal. You might not have exercised since leaving school, having horrible memories of PE class holding you back from training as you want. Wherever you are coming from, it does not matter now. What matters is where you are going. As a personal trainer in Milton Keynes, my place is not to judge, but to provide a supportive and safe space for you to train in, with professional and knowledgeable help at every step of the way.

 

 

 

 

 

 

How can I help you?

We will work together to help you achieve your fitness aims. During your consultation, I will listen to you, understand if there is anything holding you back, and what you want to accomplish; with dedication, patience, and personal integrity, you will find you can achieve almost anything with a positive mindset and the right lifestyle choices.

Together we will draw up a training plan, and with regular meetings either online or in person, you will have the impetus to make the changes and complete the exercises as needed to improve your fitness. I can also provide nutrition plans, lifestyle coaching, and accountability coaching, giving you the life skills to maintain your fitness levels long after your course is complete.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My background

I have been involved in sport since I can remember, and took up body building seven years ago. From there, I began studying posture and the dynamics of the human form, to gain an understanding of how training helps with muscle growth, and also the pitfalls of weight training, and how to reduce the risk of injury. Recently, I became a personal trainer in Milton Keynes, helping people to gain self-worth and confidence from exercise, and also helping sportspeople achieve their fitness goals.

If you are located close by to Milton Keynes, I can offer in-person coaching, based at the Fitness First Gym in Bletchley. Alternatively I offer online personal training to help you with accountability, and give you support and assistance
