A plan for everyone
Not all of my clients are athletes (although many of them are). No training plan is complete without proper attention paid to nutrition. Different goals require different approaches to eating habits. Strength training will usually require an emphasis on protein intake, while someone looking to improve stamina may require a diet rich in complex carbohydrates.
Losing weight or gaining weight requires a different approach again, to make sure that the intake and energy expenditure are aligned with your goals and wellbeing. With this in mind I will tailor the nutrition plan to align with your goals, dietary preferences and needs.
