Check-ins
I will provide regular check-ins to review progress, assess challenges, and celebrate successes. These check-ins can take be video meetings, phone calls or in-person sessions, depending on your availability and proximity.

I offer guidance and support to help you overcome obstacles, navigate setbacks, and address any challenges that may arise along the way. They serve as a sounding board, offering perspective, encouragement, and practical solutions to keep you motivated and focussed.
