"I love coming to the gym and throughout 25 years of membership at 2 clubs, my focus has always been Spin, Step and other high intensity classes. What is online coaching?

 

My online fitness coaching is essentially personal training done remotely. We can arrange video calls via Zoom or Teams, for example, and I will provide personalised fitness instruction based on your needs and objectives.

What is accountability coaching?

This is to enable you to set goals for yourself, and for us to create workout plans together that you will stick to. I will offer guidance and support to help you keep on track with your goals, as well as identifying what training methods work well with you and your personality.

How can you help me online?

 

Online fitness coaching offers convenience, flexibility, and accessibility, allowing you to have professional guidance and support without the limitations of location or schedule. In this way, you can achieve fitness goals, improve overall health, and maintain accountability, as long as you have an internet connection.

 

How will I be assessed?

 

As your online gym coach, I will provide regular check-ins with you to review progress, assess challenges, and celebrate successes. These check-ins can take various forms, such as phone calls, video meetings, or in-person sessions, depending on your preferences and availability.

How will you follow my progress?

We can measure your progress together in terms of how much exercise and physical activity you have completed as well as your actual improvements. In this way, we can measure your efforts and improvements and help you find areas for improvement.

How often will you be in touch?

As an online personal trainer I can typically arrange virtual meetings and sessions with you every week, to catch up, exercise together, and discuss your progress. This may vary considerably depending on the intensity of your plan.
