We will start with a chat about where you are currently with your fitness, your current lifestyle and preferences, and what kind of schedule you can keep to.

From there we can talk about what you want to achieve, and draw up a realistic plan about how you can achieve these goals.

Once you are happy with your fitness plan, we can then get to work, with regular check ins to discuss your progress or make any amendments to your plan.
